To prepare the Beetroot salad with apple and horseradish recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean the beetroot and pack them in aluminum foil.
Bake them at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 45 minutes depending on size. (They do not feel hard when you put a knife in them.)
Give them a shock by getting them in cold water and gnuting the skin.
Peel the apples and cut both apples and beetroots in the tern.
Stir a dressing of Greek yogurt, milk, horseradish, honey and salt and mix the beetroot and apple pie with the dressing.
Leave the salad to dry for half an hour.
