Instructions for Chicken Soup
To prepare the Chicken Soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put chicken meat in a pan and cover with water. Bring it to the boil without lid. Foam the dish just before it boils. Add salt. Boil the meat at low heat under lid until it is tender. Bind a soup of 4-5 green porridge leaves, put on a few leaves of celery, parsley or parsley. Boil the whisk in the soup approx. 20 min. Boil carrots, celery and parsley whole on the soup and pick them up when they are tender. Cut the white on the pears into thin rings, but boil them only later on the soup. Remove the meat when it is tender and keep warm. Put the soup through a cloth. Pour it back into the pan and cook the porridge in it for approx. 5 minutes. Then add the small-cut, cooked vegetables. Gently heat the soup and season with salt.
