Instructions for Chops a la Soubise
To prepare the Chops a la Soubise recipe, please follow these instructions:
The onions are peeled and chopped well. 3 tablespoons. Butter melt in a saucepan and the onions are switched transparently.
Pour the broth and let it boil for low heat for approx. 10 minutes until the bulbs are completely soft.
Stir the flour into the cream and smooth the bulb with it.
Now let the sauce boil for the weakest extinguish for 3 minutes during which it is regularly stirred. Season with salt, pepper and possibly. A little bit of sugar and finally add the rest of the butter.
Sprinkle the chops with salt and turn them into flour. Shake the redundant flour. Brown the butter on a pan and chop the chopsticks 4-5 minutes on each side.
Put the chops on a hot serving dish, cover them with a thick layer of onion cream and decorate with a couple of sauces.
In addition, green peas, potato croquettes or small boiled peas potatoes are suitable.

Sauce Soubise is a delicious, light onion sauce, which also tastes very good for poultry.
Variation: When the onion cream is spread over the chops, sprinkle a little grated cheese and gratinate the chops in the oven for high heat or under the grill.
