Instructions for Cinnamon stick
To prepare the Cinnamon stick recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the margarine. Mix flour and sugar. Stir the margarine, milk and egg together stir the yeast out of it. Mix the dry with the liquid and kneaded dough well through. Raises covered in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Stir the butter softly with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Divide the dough into two. Roll them out to two rectangles. The filling is lubricated. Rolled together as a roulade, cutting a crack in the middle not too deep.
Place in the middle oven pan at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 14 minutes. When it is cooled, glaze is put on.
