Instructions for Curly kale soup
To prepare the Curly kale soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Came the meat in a saucepan with water to cover and bring to a slow boil. Foam soup well once it boils, so all impurity comes away.
Peel the potatoes, carrots and celery. Add the vegetables, salt and whole peppercorns to the soup and cook them for about 20 minutes. Rinse leeks and cut them into rings. Add them and let them cook with in about 10 minutes.
Take up the vegetables and cut them into smaller pieces. The meat is boiling on in about 2 ½ hours
Green cabbage thoroughly rinsed in water and drips off. Chop it fine (on meat mincer).
Take the meat up and add the cabbage and let it cook for 5-10 minutes before the vegetables are added.
Server soup piping hot with meat cut into slices, mustard and coarse rye bread.
Tips:
The cabbage may be blanched before mincing.
