Durum wheat
White bread
Oil

1Crispy lettuce, if desired. heart-el. Roma salad
1/4bundleBasil
1/4bundleFlat-leaf parsley
2dlSour cream
600gSaithe fillet

Instructions for Durumstegt dark egg with marinated salad

To prepare the Durumstegt dark egg with marinated salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Homemade breadcuts: Cut 8 thin slices of bread, deep or turn them into oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake on baking paper at 180 g for approx. 10 min. el. Until they are golden and crispy. Divide the slices into 2 triangles and decorate them on top of the salad.

Salad:
The salad is cut into smaller pieces and mix with whole leaves of basil and parsley as well as the peppers cut into thin strips.

dressing:
Stir a drip of cream fraiche, finely chopped red onions, salt and pepper. Turn the dressing in the salad.

Mørksejj: Cut the fillet into a piece of bread of approx. 2x2 cm. Season with salt and pepper and turn the fish into durum flour. Stir the pieces in oil on a pan for approx. 5-6 min. Until they are golden and crispy.

Served with new potatoes.
