Instructions for Fritata
To prepare the Fritata recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and chop them in 4 pieces and cook them in lightly salted water for 8 minutes. Remove them from the heat and let them finish without boiling anymore.
Clean the mushroom and cut them into slices.
Chop onion, green pepper, ham and tomatoes (without excessive liquid).
Pour the water from the potatoes and bury them in half of the fat and remove them from the forehead.
Sourter the vegetables and the ham in the rest of the fat and add the potatoes and the crushed chopped garlic clove.
Whip the eggs together and season with salt and pepper, pour the egg on the forehead and stir for 20 minutes. At low to medium heat.
Put the pan under a hot grill in the oven until it's crazy on top 2-3 min.
Sprinkle with cheese and grill until the cheese is golden.
