To prepare the Frozen walnut rollade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a piece of paper approx. 25x40 cm and brush with melted butter. Grind walnuts through almond grinders or blend them in a blender or food processor. Whip egg yolks and sugar thick and foaming. Gently turn the ground walnuts, potato flour and baking soda in. Distribute the dough into the paper. Behind the roulade bottom approx. 12 min. At 200 degrees. Turn the roulade bottom out on a piece of baking soda sprinkled with sugar. Immediately put a damp cloth over the bottom to keep it soft and rollable. Whip the cream to the foam. Melt nougat and chocolate. Let it swell. Mix nougat and chocolate in the whipped cream. Distribute the filling on the cold roulade bottom and roll it together on the long side. Put the roulade in the freezer. Sift a thin layer of flour on the serving.

tips:
The roulade can also be rolled about whipped cream mixed with 150-200 g mashed strawberries or raspberries flavored with sugar.

The dough can also be placed in a round pie shape (about 22 cm in diameter) after rolling out. The fruit can be varied by season. In the summertime the fruit can be strawberries, raspberries, ribs, blackcurrants, blueberries or blackberries. The pie can be served with whipped cream or cremefraiche.
