Instructions for Fruit buns 02
To prepare the Fruit buns 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Oranges and apples chopped / blended into mash. Only remove kernel from apple, leave peeled on. The oranges must be stone free, be careful to get the white layer from the peel off.
Everything is mixed and kneaded. Depending on how much juice there is in the fruits, 2-4 dl. Water or milk until the dough is good.
Raises for at least ½ hour.
Shaped into small buns (about 80g. Pcs).
Brush with milk and sprinkle pearly sugar over.
Repeats approx. 15 min.
Bake at 190 c. For approx. 8-12 min. In general. oven.
Fruit and cinnamon go well together, add cinnamon to your liking.
