Ingredients for Gooseberries, Raspberry or Brombear pie
125 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Raspberry jam |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries or mixed) |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Gooseberries, Raspberry or Brombear pie
To prepare the Gooseberries, Raspberry or Brombear pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Mix flour and sugar.
Cut the butter into pieces and crumble it in the flour.
Add the egg yolks and collect the dough quickly.
If the dough is very soft, cook one in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Roll out the dough and place it in a pie shape.
Cut and squeeze the dough to spread evenly and not spread over the edge.
Tap it with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes at approx. 200 degrees.
Fill: Mix berries and sugar in a bowl.
Butter the jam on the pie.
Pour berry on and benefit evenly.
Bake another 10 minutes.
Serve with cremefraice or whipped cream.
tips:
Can be served both hot and chilled, but is best on the go. Tastes almost like raspberry cuts!
