Ingredients for Icecream with tuckiks
Chopped daim and coarsely chopped chocolate aftertaste | ||
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.5 | dl | Chopped hazelnuts |
14 | TUC biscuits | |
2 | dl | Sugar |
3 | Egg yolks | |
3 | Egg whites | |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Icecream with tuckiks
To prepare the Icecream with tuckiks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Whip egg whites stiff.
Whip 1½ dl. Sugar i.
Chop the nuts if necessary. In blender but not too fine.
Mix the nuts with the rest of the sugar, baking soda and crushed tuc biscuits.
Turn the whipped egg whites into the nutmeg mix and put it in a well-rounded spring shape about 25 cm in diameter.
Baked for approx. 25 min at 175 gr.
Let the bottom cool off.
Ice cream: whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar well together.
Whip the cream well and turn it into the egg mixture with light hand.
Add daim and chocolate.
The ice is distributed over the cooled bottom and put in the freezer.
tips:
Remove from the freezer well before serving and decorate. With fresh fruit.
