To prepare the Lamb culotter with Greek vegetable sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the baking potatoes and the golden sauce. Cut potatoes, carrot, fenick, red pepper, green pepper and onions in rough pieces. Peel the garlic and spice the olives. Cut the fat into large pieces.
