Instructions for Long-term durum bread

To prepare the Long-term durum bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fill the yeast into a stirrup and stir it out in a little of the cold water with hand mixer or stirrer

Add the rest of the water and the other ingredients and knead the dough for 3 - 5 minutes

Cover the dough with a wet dish and set the dough for swelling for at least 8 hours - like a whole day. The dough should preferably rise in a cool place; Max 15 degrees C.

Beat the dough, form 2 loaves and put on baking paper on a baking sheet

Repeat bread for 2 - 3 hours

Stir the bread, brush with water and sprinkle if necessary. Flour over

Bake bread at 220 degrees C alm. Oven for approx. 25 minutes.
