Instructions for Luxury beer braised pork chops
To prepare the Luxury beer braised pork chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Jaws:
Start your jaws approx. 3 hours before serving.
Chop onion, carrot and celery, to small tern. Divide the apple into four.
Brush the jaws well in a cast iron pot. Take the jaws and sauté onions, carrot and celery. Return the jaws, together with apple, thyme salt and pepper (beware of salt as the sauce is to be cooked later) and pour the beer over.
Let the dish stand and simmer for 2 hours. If it is boiling dry add a little more beer or water.
When the jaws are super tender, they are picked up and kept warm.
Put the sauce off and boil it on a pan, into a sirup's delicious glace.
Salad:
Stir a dressing of mustard, oil, salt and pepper.
Gently turn the salad leaves into the dressing.
White bread:
Melt the butter on a hot forehead. Stir the french bread golden on both sides and put it on greasy paper.
Foie gras:
Season the slices with salt and pepper.
Heat a pan until it's hot. Turn down the heat and step for half an hour on each side.
Serving:
Bring 2 tablespoons of glace on a dessert plate and roll it out in a spiral with the back of a spoon.
Build a "tower" of buttered french fries, salad, pork and foie gras. Top with a cornichon.
