2 | bags | Frozen blueberries |

2.5 | dl | Cream |
3 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |

Instructions for Mathiases Fruit Salad
To prepare the Mathiases Fruit Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
First, cut all the fruit into small mundane pieces and put them in a glass bowl.
Whip the pasteurized egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until it is airy, but still liquid. Whip the cream to whipped cream and turn it into the eggs.
Pour the crumb into the glass bowl and turn it thoroughly.
tips:
Be careful not to take some of the papaya stones, they are broom and do not taste good. Cut well from where the rocks lay so the taste from them does not come with. The cream should preferably be made just before serving, which is the best.
