Ingredients for Medals

Whipped cream
Gel
0.5tbspCocoa
1Eggs
1psCake cream-powder
1dlWhipping cream (whipped)
1tbspWater
100gIcing sugar
200gButter or margarine
350gWheat flour

Instructions for Medals

To prepare the Medals recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Chop the fat into the flour. Add flour and egg and knead quickly together. Place the dough a cold place approx. 15 min.
2. Roll the dough out to approx. ½ cm thick and plug into round cakes with a glass or a mold.
3. Place the cakes on covered baking sheets and behind them approx. 10 min. At 210 degrees.
4. Let the cakes swell a little on the plate before placing them on the baking tray.
5. Prepare the cream according to the package instructions. Turn the whipped cream in. Stir flour and water for icing.
6. Glass 10 cakes with white icing and add a little jelly. Mix the cocoa for the rest of the glaze and glaze 10 other cakes with this. Decorate with a little whipped cream.
7. Bring a spoonful of cream on the unblessed cakes and put the others over.
