1tbspShrimp pasta
1000gChicken fillets
2tbspFresh basil, chopped
2tbspGalangal freshly grated
2tbspPeanut oil
2Small red chilli, finely chopped

4Spring onions finely chopped
4cloveGarlic pressed
4tbspLime juice
50gLong grain rice
60mlFish sauce
