Instructions for Quinoa pie
To prepare the Quinoa pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Cook the potatoes lightly or use a residue (you can also use cauliflower, leeks, celery, onions, mushrooms or whatever you have in the tray). Cut the carrots into slices and blanches for about 10 minutes in the oil; You can easily use water, but the little bit of oil gives just an extra boost and you can see the dish is definitely not fed up!
Mix eggs with cottage cheese; I had a small slice of Arla's new with 4 different onions and then I put alm in the rest.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and pepper.
