Beans are sipped and blanched in boiling salted water. The larger tomatoes are cut through. The olives are extinct. When the beans are ready, the water is poured. They are mixed with tomatoes and olives in a bowl and seasoned with basil. Then olive oil is poured on. Let it stand and pull.
