Instructions for Schnitzel Naples
To prepare the Schnitzel Naples recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle the schnitslerne with salt and pepper
Stir them 1 1/2 min on each side and put them in a refractory dish.
Make a mixture of crushed garlic and dried basil and sprinkle over the meat. Not all of the rest is used for sauce.
