Instructions for Smoked mackerel on grill
To prepare the Smoked mackerel on grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pull the skin of the mackerel and split it into two fillets. Carefully remove all legs. Put each fillet on a piece of aluminum oil on a bottom of the cut spring onions. Spread sliced tomatoes and mushrooms upstairs and sprinkle with chopped dill and parsley as well as salt and pepper. Close the foil and put the packets on a hot grill for 8-10 minutes. Serve with freshly cooked potatoes and use the juice from the fish packs as dipping.
