1 1/2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | can | Pineapple rings |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
200 | g | Butter |
200 | g | Sugar |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Somali Ananaskas
To prepare the Somali Ananaskas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter and sugar together. Then add egg, flour, baking soda and vanilla and stir again.
Pour the pineapple juice from the cans into a saucepan with 5 tablespoons of sugar. Let it boil until it becomes caramel-colored.
Put pineapple rings at the bottom of a greased baking sheet (no room for everyone). Pour the caramelized pineapple juice over and over with the dough.
Bake about 45 min at 200 degrees.
The cake is turned out of shape so the pineapple rings will be on top.
