2tspCurry paste
2tbspOil
3tbspBasil, fresh
400gNoodles
500gChicken minced 5%

Instructions for Spicy Thai Chicken

To prepare the Spicy Thai Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or saute pan, add curry paste, finely chopped garlic, chopped chilli and chopped onion and lightning for 2 minutes.

Add chopped chicken meat and lightning stew for 3-4 minutes until the chicken meat is browned.

Stir the tomatoes and basil in, boil, turn down the flask and allow the simmer to simmer without lid for 8-10 minutes until most of the liquid is evaporated.
