Instructions for Birthes apples
To prepare the Birthes apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast dissolves in the seam milk
The egg yolks are stirred together with the flour, salt and sugar are added.
Whip with a hand mixer.
In a clean bowl of pure whip, whip the egg whites stiff and mix / fold carefully into the dough landing.
Let rise ½ hour.
Palmin is melted and the grape seed oil is added. About 3/4 palmin and 1/4 grape seed oil.
The apple slices are baked in plenty of the fat mixture, so much of them are "self-employed".
Served with: Sugar, jam and flour
tips:
Definitely a pleasure, but they are a great hit for "Christmas" in Mørkøv, where more than 2 days are consumed over 800.
