2Eggs
2tbspWheat flour
2cloveGarlic
2tbspOlive oil
2tbspParsley, fresh
2tbspPine nuts
250gLamb, minced
250gBeef, chopped about 10% fat

Instructions for Biscuits (Turkish meatballs)

To prepare the Biscuits (Turkish meatballs) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the two kinds of meat together. Stir eggs, chopped parsley, squeezed garlic, chopped onions, flour, pine nuts, salt, pepper and cumin in the meat for a light and airy father. Leave the dough to rest for approx. 30 minutes.

Form the dad to meatballs and roll them into sesame seeds. Melt the fat with good heat. Fry the browns for approx. 2 min. on every side. Turn down the heat and fry the dishes for approx. 4 min. on every side.

The lamb can be replaced with beef and vice versa.
