200 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Blackberries, fresh |
3 | Eggs | |
300 | g | Sugar |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
50 | g | Walnut kernels |
Instructions for Blackberries Cake
To prepare the Blackberries Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
Butter a spring shape.
Rinse your blackberry and let them drip well.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon into a large bowl.
Add the cream fry, egg and the melted butter and stir well.
Mix chopped walnuts and blackberry into the dough.
Pour the dough into the mold and put it immediately in the middle of the oven in the oven. (Raises it first on the kitchen table, collapses sooner or later.)
