To prepare the Cabbage salad (Greek) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Vegetables and herbs are rinsed. The cabbage is cut very fine. Red onion cut into thin long strips. Garlic in thin slices. Bredbladet parsley picked in small twigs, leaves. The salad is mixed with onions, garlic, broad-leaved parsley, sesame seeds and olives. Olive oil and lemon juice poured over, the salad is reversed. Serve in large deep plate and decorate with marinated goat cheese and sprinkle with dried merian. Served with country bread.
