100 | g | Roasted cashews |
2 | tsp | Brown sugar |
2 | tbsp | Water |
2 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |

500 | g | Shredded chicken breast fillet without skin |

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or saute pan, add chilli and garlic and saute it golden and crispy. Dip off on greasy paper. Bring the last spoon of oil on the pan and sauté chicken meat and onion until the meat is golden brown and thorough. Stir sauces, water and brown dumplings on the forehead and lightning for 2 minutes. Add the cashew nuts and mix well. Serve the dish with fried chilli and garlic on top.
