Ingredients for Chocolate snails

1 | dl | Milk or buttermilk |
25 | g | Yeast |
250 | g | Butter |
350 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Chocolate snails
To prepare the Chocolate snails recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring flour in a bowl
The butter crumbles in the dough well together
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk
Poured into the dough
And mix it for 2 min
A little tip could be a teaspoon of vanilla sugar in
Raise a loose place for 30-60 minutes
Roll out the dough and chop the chocolate all over the dough. Pour the last 2 cm to close the dough
Now bring jams upstairs but not too much
Roll the dough together into a roulade and cut 2 cm of all the way up (depending on the size of the snails)
Lay the pieces flat on a piece of baking paper and press them so flat and if you do not like to poke your fingers, you can get a piece of baking paper upstairs and then press them flat
Repeat for 30 min
Come in 180 degrees alm oven and back for 20 min but check out just after 15 min as there is a big difference in the oven :)
When the snails are done and chilled a little, mix a little maizena in Flormelis before you get hot water, so it does not flow much over the snails and keeps it thick
