Juice of ½ lemon | ||
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
100 | g | Sugar |
1¾ | dl | Whipped cream |
2 | tbsp | Apricot liqueur |
2 | tbsp | Maizenamel |
2¼ | dl | White wine |
5 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Ripe peaches |
Instructions for Fresh Koldskål
To prepare the Fresh Koldskål recipe, please follow these instructions:
The peaches are scalded and the skin is pulled off. The pieces and the stone are taken out and cut into thin slices. They are sprinkled with 50 g of sugar and the vanilla and stand cold for 1 hour. The water and the rest of the sugar are boiled and flattened with battered cornamel. Cool, add white wine and lemon juice and pour over peaches. Set cold. Served with whipped cream added to the liqueur.
