2-3Beetroot
4-5Carrots
600gFresh cod roe (pants)

To prepare the Freshly roasted cod with mashed potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Casserole casserole: Boil the roast for approx. 1 liter of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt and possibly a couple of tablespoons of vinegar for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the cooked roast for approx. 2 cm wide slices. Stir the cod in a little oil, add a little butter for approx. 3-4 min. On each side until the slices are golden.

Raw food: Peel carrots and beetroot and grind them roughly. Taste with the juice of 1 orange. Drys roasted grass kernels over.
Serve roasted cod with cheese and roasted potato boats.
