Instructions for Grønkålshøs
To prepare the Grønkålshøs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bring the meat to boil in water that barely covers. When the boiling water boils, the meat is skimmed and cooked under low for approx. 1½ hours. Take the green leaves of the logs and chop them roughly, add the pepper. The cabbage is boiled approx. 20 min. In the meatloaf, pick up and cool. The green cabbage is shaped into rounded balls and cut into slices and fry on the forehead of the fat. Grønkålshoosene is served to the cold cooked meat with pickled beetroot, mustard and rye bread
