Instructions for Gulerodsis

To prepare the Gulerodsis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the carrots first with mint leaves in a little water for approx. 5 min. Pour the water and bring the carrots in a bowl. Stir 1 tablespoon of honey and mix the carrot juice, dried milk powder, salt, vanilla and whipped cream. Add the last tart. Honey, lemon peel and raisins.
