1dlWheat flour
1Large onion
1-2Eggs
3tspSalt
3dlSkimmed milk
500gMinced veal and pork

Instructions for Herb-dor

To prepare the Herb-dor recipe, please follow these instructions:

Arrow and chop, or tear the loaf and mix it with meat, but, salt, pepper and egg. Stir the milk slowly, at a time. Chop the fresh herbs with a knife and mix them in the dough. Let the father rest for an hour, so it gets firmer and the spice is spread out.

Melt the fat golden brown on the forehead. Use for example half grape oil and half butter. Fry the dishes with a spoon by dipping the spoon into the fat before each frikadelle is formed. Step them 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on how big the dents are.

Serve them with buttered vegetables.
