Instructions for Kålbudding

To prepare the Kålbudding recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. chop the cabbage coarsely. Brown cabbage (a little at a time) in the butter until it becomes soft and golden brown. It takes about ten minutes. Season to taste with syrup, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Stir in onion, rice, eggs, milk and chopped meat into a father's. Season with salt, pepper and syrup.

Put half of the cabbage in the bottom of a baking dish. Put stuffing in a layer on top and finish with putting the rest of the cabbage on top. Pour the cloud from the cabbage. Let kålbuddingen bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Check with a knife, to forcemeat is fixed.

Kålbuddingen, which can be frozen, served with lingonberry as accessories.
