Instructions for Lamb chops with mint butter

To prepare the Lamb chops with mint butter recipe, please follow these instructions:

Garlic seed is peeled and halved. The chops are rubbed with garlic, pepper and just under half of the oil, put on top of each other in a bowl and allowed to pull under the lid for approx. 20 minutes.

The coin is rinsed and slipped dry, the leaves are chopped very nicely. The butter is stirred softly in a small bowl, the lemon juice is added dropwise, the minced mint is mixed and the mixture is seasoned with salt and pepper.

Form the mint butter to a roll of a piece of aluminum oil, glue the foil firmly around the butter and leave it at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator before use.

The rest of the oil is heated on a pan and the chops are heated at medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. After the frying, sprinkle the chops with a little salt and arrange on a warm dish. The mint is cut into 4 slices, distributed over the chops.

Suitable for this: French fries and green salad or grilled tomatoes and flute.

tips:
Variation: Instead of mint you can stir other fresh chopped herbs in the soft butter, for example. Parsley, dill, lemon balm and esdragon.
