½ | tsp | Tarragon |
½ | tsp | Paprika powder |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | Lime or lemon | |
1 | bundle | Parsley |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1½ | tbsp | Light wine vinegar |
2 | Ripe avocados | |
2 | tsp | Olive oil |
5 | drops | Tabasco |
6 | Chicken legs |
Instructions for Lime-marinated chicken breast with green mojo
To prepare the Lime-marinated chicken breast with green mojo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Marinating:
Wash the lime in lukewarm water. Peel off the outer part of the skull. Squeeze the juice out. The shell and juice are mixed with the other marinade ingredients. Put the chicken thighs in the marinade. Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Green mojo:
Remove the meat from the avocado fruit. Fruit, vinegar, garlic, parsley and salt are mixed in a blender until the mixture is given a puré form. Add oil continuously.
Let the marinade run off the chicken thighs. Grilles for approx. 30 min. Brush and turn on continuously.
Green mojo is served cold.
