2 | Cooked lobsters | |
2 | Limes | |
2 | Mango fruits | |
2 | Papaya fruits | |
4 | Okra into thin slices |
Instructions for Lobster with mango and papaya
To prepare the Lobster with mango and papaya recipe, please follow these instructions:
Do lobsters are able, and cut the flesh in centimeter-sized pieces. (If you want, you can preserve the klokødet intact for garnish).
Halve and scrape the flesh out of mangoerne husk. Halve papayaerne, scrape the seeds out and cut the meat into cubes. Peel the limes with a knife and slice the fillets free.
Put the mango in a saucepan together with wine vinegar and chili. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Papaya and okra came in and simmer another few minutes.
Add the lime and lobster, let it boil up, and season with salt and a few drops of tabasco.
