2 | tbsp | Lemon juice |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
200 | g | Cream cheese naturel |
250 | g | Almonds |
250 | g | Cane sugar |
300 | g | Carrots |

75 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Luxury carrot cake
To prepare the Luxury carrot cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grind the carrots well and share the eggs in the plum and white.
Whip the flowers with cane sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon peel. Add the finely ground almonds, flour, salt, cloves, cinnamon and baking soda. Stir carrots and lemon juice. Whip the whites stiff and turn them into the dough. Pour the dough into a large greased spring form and bag it for approx. 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Stir all the ingredients for the glaze together and butter it on the chilled cake.
