A few black peppercorns | ||

1 | Chopped onion | |
1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
1 | Onions in slices | |
1 | dl | Whipped cream |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tbsp | Mustard |
1 1/2 | dl | Tomato juice |
1/2 | dl | Water |
2 | Chopped anchovy fillets | |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
2 1/2 | dl | Broth |
8 | slices | Beef without bones, such as inner thighs |
8 | Small slices of smoked ham |
Instructions for Oxygen rolls with strong filling
To prepare the Oxygen rolls with strong filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lay the meat slices on a cutting board and spice them on one side with salt and cayenne pepper. Put a slice of smoked ham on each slice of meat.
Mix chopped onions, chopped anchovies and mustard. Distribute the mixture on the meatballs and roll them together. Hold each roll with a toothed plug.
Warm the grease and brown rolls all the way around. Then add broth and tomato juice to the pepper granules. Leave under the lid for approx. 50 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Take the rollers up and remove the toothpicks. Put them on a serving dish and keep them warm.
Even the cloud of wheat flour is stirred in a little water. Sprinkle with cream and taste with a little sherry. Pour the sauce over the rolls and decorate with onion rings.
