Ingredients for Piroger with salmon and spinach

3 | tbsp | Margarine (dairy and soyafri) |
300 | g | Fresh smoked salmon |
350 | g | Puff pastry |
Instructions for Piroger with salmon and spinach
To prepare the Piroger with salmon and spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter dough is taken up and the spinach is dissolved. Peel the salmon and cut it into cubes. Shovel smoothly. Set the oven to 250 o. Cookie slipped into a pot in half of the margarine. Get the salmon and let it spin a few min. Spices with pepper. Take the saucepan off the heat, add an egg yolk and 1/2 dl water. Mix well and let it cool. Chop the spinach well and push it free of moisture. Chop it in the rest of the butter. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Bring flour on the table and roll the butter dough into 4 x 30 cm x 30 cm long plates. Place 2 pieces on a baking sheet and brush the edges with eggs. Put spinach on the middle of the pieces and benefit the salmon over. Finally, load the last 2 plates as low and press the edges together with a fork. Make a couple of vent holes in the lid and brush it all with egg whipped egg. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes. At 250 o and heat is served if required. Like breakfast.
