Instructions for Roast Beef sirloin
To prepare the Roast Beef sirloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beef Striploin trim thorough for tendons, fat edge is cut into cubes. In a frying pan melt the butter fuming hot fillet of beef and Brown on all sides.
Beef Striploin is placed on a rack over a roasting pan, season with salt and pepper, and FRY further in the oven at 225 degrees c. alm. oven in 35-40 minutes.
Do you use thermometer it should show 57-60 degrees C for red meat.
65-70 degrees C if you want pink meat.
Beef Striploin must rest for at least half an hour before carving.
Served thinly sliced with Béarnaise sauce or mushroom sauce, roast or French fries, roasted mushrooms, glazed onions, butter, steamed peas, grated horseradish and tomato provancal or tomato salad.
