To prepare the Stuffed Cabbage in the form recipe, please follow these instructions:
White cabbage is split into 4 PCs. the stick cut out, and the cabbage blanched. A greased oblong form fores with some blanched cabbage leaves, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, and be laid on top, thus 1/3 of forcemeat 2 times more. Remember to finish with cabbage. The shape is made in a baking pan with water, and steamed in the oven at 175 degrees for about 90 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes and melted butter (or a sauce made from kålvandet, which smoothed over and add a little cream, salt and pepper.)
