To prepare the Tekage (Diabetes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, cardamom and salt and crumble the fat in it. Stir lukewarm water and yeast together and add. Add milk, sweetener and egg. Beat the dough well, it must be quite soft. Place the proportion of half of the dough over the filling. Repeated for 15 minutes. Brush with chopped eggs and decorate with almonds. Bake approx. 35 min. At 210 degrees.
