1 | cup | Whole eggs |
2 | tbsp | Grand Marnier |
250 | g | White chocolate |
4 | dl | Whipped cream |
400-500 | g | Fresh strawberries |

To prepare the White chocolate mousse with Strawberry puree III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate over hot water bath.
Beat the whole egg and egg yolk together and flip it into the chocolate.
Add The Grand Marnier.
Whip the cream stiff.
Turn a little of the cream skimmed in the chocolate before the rest turned into.
Pour the mousse into a bowl and set the cold for a few hours. Purér these berries (save a few nice for decoration).
Season to taste with sugar.
Mousse served in slices with jorbærpuré.
Garnish, if desired. with fresh strawberries and lemon balm
