Got fiber sprinkle, sugar, figs, dark syrup and skimmed milk in a bowl. Stir it together and let stand 30 min. Term in flour and baking powder and stir it together. Came the mixture in a small sandkage form (to about ½ kg) lined with roll. Bake at 180 degrees
