Cut the lamb meat into smaller pieces as for tenderloin steaks. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them. Warm the oil and brown the meat on both sides. Add garlic and rosemary. Pour white wine and season with salt and pepper. Let the meat simmer until it's tender
