Clean and rinse porrene well. Chop a bit of the green tops great for fill in the soup (approximately 2dl). Cut the rest of the leeks into small pieces. Melti butter in a pan over strong heat, but without the Tan. Saute Potatoes and Leek pieces for about 3 min.
