Sprinkle the cherries and blend them with milk and sugar / syrup.
Add ice and mix the beverage evenly.
Serve in high glass - possibly with a little extra ice on top.
(In a narrow turn, use chopped cherry or a good cherry sauce instead of fresh cherry.)
