Zucchini, broccoli or cauliflower

Instructions for Æggefad

To prepare the Æggefad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the squash into slices and put them at the bottom of a greased dish. Kalkunstrims and onions are switched on a pan and then over the squash. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them over the meat. Whip eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper and any spices together. Now put strips of peppers over the tomato slices and then pour the egg yolk over. Set in the middle of a 225 degree oven for approx. 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes with cheese on. When the egg mass is stiff, the dish is finished.
